Jumag generators come in a wide range of sizes from 160 - 1840 Kg/hour (94 - 1104 Kw thermal output), utilising either single or multiple units to achieve the final required output.

Exceptional productivity is achieved as the generators are capable of raising steam pressure to the respective operating pressure in a mere 8 minutes, up to a maximum of 13 Bar.

Jumag generators have incredible economic efficiency by reusing the exhaust gas heat and by deactivating the burner fan when not actually heating.

They are also extremely operationally reliable as they have very few wear parts use electronic control components, and are designed simply with compact total construction.

Jumag generators are fitted with Touch Screen panels for simple menu guided control. They are self analysing and monitored by utilising SPS (programme logic controller) and sensor technology.  

The picture below is of the DG160 steam generator shown fitted with the Economiser, and supplied with the Grundfos water feed pump, this is capable
of producing 160 Kg/hour.

The picture below is of the DG320 steam generator shown fitted with the Economiser, and supplied with the Grundfos water feed pump, this is capable
of producing 320 Kg/hour.

This picture shows the Water purification module (WAM) which includes the following components:

Stable square tubed frame with generator feed water vessel made of stainless steel, complete with sight glass and thermometer, semi automatic water softening plant complete with brine vessel and brine valve, dosing unit for water treatment complete with suction lance and valve capable of accepting 30 Kg containers.

The unit is supplied fully piped and electrically wired ready for immediate connection to the generator module.

 

In order to achieve larger volumes of steam it is usual to simply purchase additional Jumag steam generators to add into the installation, or use as
stand-by systems.
